Amit has a rich experience of executing strategic consulting engagements globally. He is the co-founder and CEO of Knowledgefaber. He has several years of research and consulting experience working for Fortune 1000 clients and domestic clients across sectors. His focus is on undertaking advisory projects in the emerging economies for global clients where he can use his experience gained after consulting global clients over several years. Amit was an Associate Vice-President at Boston Analytics before starting Knowledgefaber.

Saurabh is a Principal Consultant at Knowledgefaber and leads the company’s HR Consulting practice. He has extensive experience in providing HR advisory services to clients across IT, ITES and Manufacturing sectors. He brings a deep understanding of talent management principles and the need for aligning HR initiatives with business priorities. He is also a passionate advocate of the use of analytics in the HR domain and is currently working on developing cutting edge talent management tools using advanced analytical techniques. Prior to joining Knowledgefaber, Saurabh was the National Industry Leader – IT & ITES at Hewitt Associates, India.

David is a consulting partner at Knowledgefaber and has over 20 years of experience working internationally with numerous wireless sectors that include VSAT, Cellular, Microwave, PCS, WiFi, WLL, plus others. Aseem has worked in various capacities/roles such as corporate financial planning, cost restructuring, post- M&A integration of companies ( all functional aspects), financial modeling related to debt financing, distressed debt valuations (credit cards, ambulatory, telecom, and mortgage verticals) and pricing support on bidding process for million dollar deals. He has managed portfolio risk strategy of distressed debt to the tune of $3.6 B through analytical driven process, and supported global sales operations with a telecom equipment manufacturer with operations in 20 countries with issues related to operational finance.
Leadership experience has been gained through being part of a team that has led successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) of HOV Services in emerging market (India) through a spin-off.
