Job Responsibilities
- To own the client problem and solve it with great client satisfaction
- Designing solutions to client problems and executing them with the help of a team
- Writing proposals in Word or PowerPoint
- Lead a team of analysts and consultants and help them learn, deliver and grow into managers
- Quality of the deliverable
- Training
Prerequisites
- 3-4 years in the hands-on practice of business research, analysis, and/or management consulting
- People with 4+ years of industry experience in one of the following areas - Telecom (Wireless, Wireline, software, hardware, VAS, etc.) can also apply
- MBA in marketing or general management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (statistics, econometrics, math or applied math, physics)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work well in teams and with clients
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
